SalesForce Backup
The NettMore SalesForce backup tool uses the API to download all the data in the salesforce instance and store it in a SQL server database. Using an incremental copy, it creates and updates records that have changes since the ast extract creating a replica of the data.possible uses include:
- Data backup
- Complex reporting on marketing and sales information
- Cross referencing with other IT systems
- Scheduled reports using Report Server
- Integration with other systems
Simple to setup and use, the tool required:
- the Salesforce login details
- access to A SQL server
- an email address to send extract reports to (optional)
The tool can be called through a windows forms interface or from the command line.
