These scenarios are designed to help you understand some of the business problems solved by NettMore, and they illustrate an approach to solving the problem. Any business system is going to incorporate the solution to one or many of these problems.

| Account Integration | You use Sage to do the business accounts but you'd like to share sales reports information with more people at different locations and without giving them access to change data. |
| Add jobs to Access Accounts | You want to use a web interface to add jobs to Access Accounts costing module. The jobs will be tracked through the website and can be updated, signed off, rejected etc. |
| Backup Web Application | You have a web application that is in regular use. Your business depends upon being to get information from the database. Occasionally it encounters connectivity problems and is unavailable. |
| Batch Quick Entry by Sales Force | You have standard documents, and users make requests that these documents are sent out to customers, perhaps with informaiton abour prices quoted, a covering letter and terms and conditions. |
| Call to Action | You have a website but it is not generating leads and therefore adding no tangible value to your company. |
| CRM Matches Structure | You work consistently with companies that have a specific four level structure. Standard CRM packages force you to either use a two level structure (company/contact) or a recursive structure where the company behaves the same as a department or contact. Consequently reporting at different levels is difficult. |
| Debt Chasing System | Your debts are stored in an accounting system (e.g. Sage) but you want a process driven (but easy to use) way to chase debts. |
| Email Tracking | You send out bulk emails to many addresses. You want to know what percentage of these emails are being opened and who goes to you website as a result. |
| Flexible Reporting | You have a data base in a system but you want to be able to get information out in a flexible way so that you can 'play' with it: What if scenarios, forecasts etc. |
| Form Filling Software | You have a system that you use on a regular basis. Every time that you use the system you are entering the same keystrokes repetitively, sometimes with different data from a database or spreadsheet. The system might be payments on an internet banking system or transferring data into a mainframe from your PC. |
| FTPGrab | You regularly grab all the files in a directory on an FTP server. For example, you backup all the databases on a webserver in a datacentre and want to copy them to a local disk. |
| FTPSync | You regularly copy the same directories up to an FTP server, however often much of the effort is wasted as many of the files have not changed. For example, copying the updates to a website from a dev server to the live one. |
| GPS Logging | You have remote uses that either make mileage claims or do piece work paid based on distance covered. |
| GPS Tracking | You have mobile personnell whose location is unknown and this results in multiple phone calls to mobile phones to establish the closest person to a given task / emergency. |
| Maintenance System | You need to record all the bulbs that are blown in an extensive building complex (such as a school), but it is a waste of time and resources having someone walk around recording this info. |
| Migration from SalesForce.com | You want to migrate your sales force data to an alternaive provider, but the backup facilities and reporting facilities do not provide sufficient information on the relationships and reference data to perform a smooth transition with no data loss |
