You have standard documents, and users make requests that these documents are sent out to customers, perhaps with informaiton abour prices quoted, a covering letter and terms and conditions.
Information to be sent is logged in the CRM system. Once per day the batch is processed at head office where the quotes are printed, checked and then sent out.
